AS-CONSTRUCTED SURVEYS

As-constructed Surveys are an integral part of maintaining quality in construction. Noble Consulting Surveyors have been involved in producing as-constructed surveys for a wide variety of projects, and are well-versed in the procurement of these documents.

Whether the as-con survey is needed for a Road, Earthworks, Holding down Bolts and Concrete construction, Stormwater Drainage or Sewer networks, NCS know what is required to produce plans to suit the specifications.

It is critical for an As-constructed Survey to accurately reflect what has been produced in relation to designs and NCS have the capabilities to ensure that nothing is overlooked.

We can provide surveys with constructed and design features overlayed, or keep it simple and plot only the most relevant of information, with all features clearly labelled and detailed for maximum clarity on the plan.
